LANDSCAPE
DESIGN
A professional landscape design and installation adds value to your property with a better return on investment than many other remodeling projects.
We spend the time asking questions that develop a cohesive design of your property. How do you and your family use the property now? How would you like to use it in the future? What materials are you familiar with, what plants are your favorites, what are your favorite colors? Do you anticipate putting an addition on the house at any point in time? Are you considering a pool? A preliminary plan is developed and presented based on the information we gathered from you. With your approval the plan is finalized and you are presented with proposals for the various aspects of the plan based on your
priorities.

PAVERS, PATIOS, & WALLS
Stone, brick, and pavers are all wonderful, long-lasting materials that create intimate and enduring outdoor spaces. Choice of materials is often based on existing site elements, the architecture, and desires of our clients. Patios are integral parts of any landscape and the center of outdoor entertainment. During the design process we ask questions such as what size table are you planning on using? How often do you entertain? How many people do you typically entertain?

WATER FEATURES & PONDS
A formal fountain, reflecting pool, or a natural pond and waterfall: the sound of water in a garden is truly relaxing. Natural filtration systems and skimmers help to keep the pond clean while limiting the amount of time required to maintain it. In addition to installing beautiful water features we also maintain them if you prefer the hands off approach. Many of our clients enjoy the beauty of colorful Koi or fish in their water features.

PLANTING
We select the best quality trees, shrubs, groundcovers, perennials, vines, and annuals available and back that up with a guarantee. We do our very best to install plants that are appropriate for the environment.
Our philosophy equates the soil of your garden to the foundation of your house so we take the time to prepare it accordingly for the plants that are to be installed. There are few exceptions, but in most cases we find the soil depleted of organic matter and nutrients. We compensate for this by adding compost and organic fertilizers and roto-till them into the soil. The soil preparation process alleviates compaction and allows the newly installed plants to thrive.

HORTICULTURAL SERVICES
We care about what we plant. We employ Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturalists. Whether its weeding, pruning, mulching, or deadheading we can establish a program based on your needs. You may enjoy driving into your driveway every evening to look at your garden and unwind from a long day at work, however you may not have the time to maintain it. We are happy to care for your landscape with a weekly visit to cut the grass, weed the beds, prune the shrubs, etc. or we can edge the beds and mulch in the spring with periodic visits during the season to maintain the beds and shrubs. We know plants and how to care for them. Based on your participation we will provide as many visits per month as required to maintain your garden.
