PROCESS
We employ a process that makes the most of our time together. Whether we are consulting on horticultural services or designing your landscape we ask a number of questions that help to determine your true needs and desires.

IDEA
& PROPOSAL
Do you have an idea for your outdoor space? We come and sit
down with you and get to know you and your needs. The initial consultation requires an honest approach to your desires as well as your budget. From our initial visit we determine the needs and issue proposals for the work discussed during our meeting.

|
AGREEMENT
We request that you make a commitment and send us a signed proposal along with a deposit. We will then schedule the work to be completed whether a design, patio, planting project, pond, or garden maintenance visit.

|
PROGRESS
We come and
execute the work professionally. We make an effort to
minimize your discomfort and keep you apprised of the work schedule and anticipated completion dates.
We remain available to you for questions or
concerns.

|
COMPLETION
You will
walk through the job with the foreman to review the completed
work. Throughout the entire process or during this walk thru
please feel free to ask any questions that will help us to serve
you better.
The final payment is due upon the completion of the project.
Please note that on occasion we all have garden emergencies
and special events that will require us to forgo a step or two
in this process in order to get work completed by a specific
deadline.
